  • 100 grams roughly chopped Hazelnuts
  • Ferrero Rocher


Chop the butter in and whisk it. Now add sugar bit by bit and 6 Egg yolks, one egg yolk at a time and keep on whisking. Mix Baking Powder and Flour, and gradually add the mixture in the butter (three tablespoons at a time) And keep whisking and mixing. Now gradually add Ground Hazelnuts, one tablespoon at a time, to the batter and whisk it. Now Add Cacao powder and whisk it.

Now whisk 6 egg whites in another bowl until they become foamy. Now add six tablespoons of whisked egg whites to the batter and mix it. Now add the remaining whisked egg whites to the batter and mix it completely.

Divide the batter equally between three pans of a 10-inch baking tray. Cook each pan for 10 minutes at 180 degrees. In the meantime, prepare buttercream for the cake.

Whisk 500-gram butter, 300-gram sugar, and 5 eggs same way as previously for cake. Now add 3 tablespoons Hazelnut Butter and whisk again till it gets mixed completely. Now add 2 tablespoons of water in 2 tablespoons of jam and microwave for 20 seconds.

Spread the jam and then the buttercream on one cake. Now place the other cake on that and apply jam and buttercream on it in the same way. Now put the third cake and apply jam on it (not buttercream). Now cover up the sides of cake with the buttercream uniformly.

Spread the Nutella at the top of the cake. Now apply chopped Hazelnuts on the sides of the cake evenly. Now make some flower-like design from the buttercream and place Ferrero Rocher on each flower. Your delicious and nutritious Ferrero Rocher Hazelnut Cake is ready now.

Flour-less Hazelnut Cake

Preheat microwave oven at 180 degrees Celsius. Melt the Chocolate and butter in a food bowl by slightly heating it.
